Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Item(s) must be unused and in their original condition that you received it.
  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging (with labels/tags attached).
  • Item(s) must not be worn (i.e. no signs of wear, damage, or altered in any ways).

** Earrings are not eligible for return due to hygiene purposes.
** Sale/discounted item(s) upon checkout are not eligible for a return or refund.
** Orders that have been returned to us due to failed deliveries are not eligible for a return or refund.

Return process:

  • You have 7 days to apply for a return request from the Date of Delivered, by sending us an email at info@jueristudio.com, with subject line: ”Return Request for Order [receipt or proof of purchase ###]”.
  • Once your return request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the package. Item(s) sent back to us without a approved return request will not be accepted.
  • Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from the Date of Purchase (as indicated on your invoice). Returns exceeding this period will be sent back to you.
  • Customers will fully bear the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking as we will not be liable for any packages that are lost during transit. All items will be inspected upon arrival.
  • Refunds can only be made once per purchase.
  • We are unable to make price adjustments to past orders if discount codes are not entered at checkout or order is placed before a sale.

** Return of item(s) purchased with a discount code will have the discount subtracted from the return amount.
** Jueri reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
** For any potential misuse or abuse of our Return Policy, Jueri reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If you notice any quality issues with your order, please email us at info@jueristudio.com.

Exchanges

We are unable to exchange the products you ordered online and had delivered to your preferred delivery address. However, you can return unwanted products for a refund within one week (7 days) of purchase from the Date of Delivered, and then place a new order.


We take pride in ensuring the quality of all items we sell. In the rare instance that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we’re here to assist you. Please reach out to us at info@jueristudio.com within 48 hours of receiving the item, providing the following details:

  • Order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Images of the faulty or incorrect item(s)

This information will help us evaluate the problem swiftly and ensure a prompt resolution. We appreciate your cooperation and are committed to making things right for you.

Refunds

We only provide store credit refunds for the value of your purchase (excluding shipping costs), which can be applied to your next purchase. Please note that we do not offer cash returns or refunds.

We aim to process your refund promptly upon inspecting the returned item(s) to ensure they meet our Returns Policy criteria. This process may take up to 5 business days. Once approved, we will initiate a store credit refund within 7 business days. If, for any reason, your return is not approved, we’ll need to send the item back to you, and this may incur additional costs.
