Shipping Time and Costs – Malaysia/Singapore:

  • West Malaysia (Standard) – MYR RM7 | 1 to 3 business days
  • East Malaysia (Standard) – MYR RM15 | 3 to 5 business days
  • Singapore (Standard) – MYR RM30 | 4 to 6 business Days

Free Standard Shipping for West Malaysia Orders over RM100.

Free Standard Shipping for East Malaysia Orders over RM140.

Free Standard Shipping for Singapore Orders over RM250.

Dispatch and Tracking

Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. During peak/holiday season, including orders during the sale period may take up to 7 business days to dispatch.

  • Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday (except Weekend and Public Holidays). Please note that delivery times commence from the date of dispatch.
  • Kindly ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we don’t allow amendments after your order number is generated.
  • Our courier service providers are Fedex, DHL eCommerce, Pos Laju, or etc. You will be able to track your parcel once your order has been dispatched.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses. For university/college campus addresses, your orders can only be delivered to the administration office or mail room.
  • If your parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative postage address. Please note that you are responsible for covering the extra delivery charge for the re-postage. We can only resend orders once. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been returned to us, shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds to your original payment method will incur a handling and processing fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

** Customs Duties, Value Added Surcharges and other relevant government charges and taxes are not included in shipping rates.

Customs and Acceptance of Delivery

Customers are entirely responsible for accepting items/orders based on the chosen delivery options. Any re-delivery of parcels must be arranged and paid for by the customer. If store credit is issued, shipping costs will not be refunded for paid shipping, and for orders with free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from the total order amount. We are not accountable for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Our aim is to ensure the swift delivery of your goods.
